Dear Students,

To ensure precise assistance and meticulously implement the school's care for students facing financial difficulties, easing the economic pressure of returning home during the winter vacation, and ensuring that students from financially disadvantaged families can reunite with their families and enjoy a warm and peaceful Spring Festival, the College has decided to launch the "Spring Festival Warmth" campaign to subsidize travel expenses during the winter vacation. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Eligibility:

Students identified as facing financial difficulties or other special hardships during the 2023-2024 academic year.

II. Application Requirements:

1.Abide by national laws and regulations as well as school rules and regulations without any violation of laws or disciplines.

2.Diligent in studies and have a positive attitude.

3.Honest, trustworthy, living a frugal life without any improper consumption behavior.

4.Facing difficulties in travel expenses due to high costs of round-trip fares.

III. Subsidy Standards:

A certain percentage of subsidy will be provided based on the reference of the student's ticket for returning to their hometown during the winter vacation.

IV. Application and Approval Process:

1.Students are required to fill out Attachment 1 "Application Form for Subsidy of Travel Expenses during Winter Vacation" and Attachment 2 "Summary Form for Subsidy of Travel Expenses during Winter Vacation" and submit the electronic versions of Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 to their respective year advisors by January 10, 2024. The naming format for emails and documents should be: Name-Grade-Winter Vacation Travel Expense Subsidy Materials.

2.The school will review the application materials and proceed with the subsidy disbursement.
