In order to meet the needs of undergraduate students for big data and artificial intelligence software and GPU computing platform for innovation and entrepreneurship (major creation) projects, subject competitions, graduation design and other tasks, the Big Data Technology and Innovation Application Laboratory is conducting a selection process for all undergraduate students of our college. The specific work arrangements are as follows:

I. Selection Targets:

1. Undergraduates who are participating in big data and artificial intelligence related major creation projects and need the support of big data and artificial intelligence software and GPU computing platform.

2. Undergraduates who are participating in big data and artificial intelligence related subject competitions and need the support of big data and artificial intelligence software and GPU computing platform.

3. Undergraduates who are conducting graduation design topics and need the support of big data and artificial intelligence software and GPU computing platform.

II. Selection Process:

1. Students submit applications: Interested students please fill out the 'Big Data Technology and Innovation Application Laboratory Admission Application Form' (Attachment 1). Please send the application form to the designated email wutomwu@163.com before November 24, 2023.

2. Laboratory Admission Selection: Students who pass the review will have the opportunity to enter the Big Data Technology and Innovation Application Laboratory for further selection. The selection method will be notified separately.

3. Announcement of Selection Results: The list of selected candidates will be announced via email. Those selected need to sign the Admission Commitment Letter (Attachment 2).

III. Notes:

1. Please ensure that the content of the application form submitted is true and complete. If there is any false information, the application qualification will be cancelled.

2. Please submit applications and participate in the selection according to the time points specified in the selection process. Applications and participation after the deadline will be invalid.

3. After entering the laboratory, please abide by the regulations of the laboratory. If you need to use GPU resources, please understand and comply with the relevant management regulations.
