In order to do a good job in the selection of undergraduate major transfer in our college, according to the relevant provisions of the "Interim Measures for Undergraduate Major Transfer in Hefei University of Technology", and combined with the actual situation of our college, the arrangement for the intra-university major transfer work of undergraduates in the School of Computer and Information in 2023 is as follows:

I. Organization and Responsibilities

The college has established a working group, consisting of the vice dean in charge of teaching as the group leader and three department heads as members. The working group is responsible for leading and supervising the entire major transfer work; responsible for determining the list of members of each interview group; responsible for reviewing the results of each major interview group and determining the list of prospective transfer students.

The interview group has one group leader, and the number of group members should not be less than four in principle, and they are teachers with strong responsibility, rich teaching experience, and associate professor or above. The interview group mainly examines students' basic knowledge, comprehensive ability and quality in the field of the intended major, as well as the learning situation of the courses they have taken.

II. Assessment Form and Score Evaluation (Hefei Campus)

The assessment is conducted in the form of an interview, and students are ranked according to their total scores. The calculation method of the total score of students is as follows:

Total score of students = original major relative ranking conversion score + interview score

Where,

1. The relative ranking of the original major is converted into a score (greater than or equal to 60 points, less than or equal to 100 points). The specific conversion method is as follows:

(1) If the relative ranking of the major is 30%, the converted score is 60 points

(2) If the relative ranking of the major is 1%, the converted score is 98.7 points

(3) Others are deduced accordingly, and the calculation formula is: conversion score = 100-40*(relative ranking of the original major/30%)

2. The full score of the interview is 100 points, and the minimum score is 0 points.

III. Interview Arrangement (Hefei Campus)

The interview is divided into five groups, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

Group 1: Computer Science and Technology. Interview time: 15:00 on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday), location: A706, Emerald Science and Education Building.

Group 2: Electronic Information Engineering. Interview time: 15:00 on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday), location: A603, Emerald Science and Education Building.

Group 3: Communication Engineering. Interview time: 15:00 on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday), location: A1106, Emerald Science and Education Building.

Group 4: Information Security. Interview time: 15:00 on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday), location: A1102, Emerald Science and Education Building.

Group 5: Intelligent Science and Technology. Interview time: 14:00 on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday), location: A902, Emerald Science and Education Building.

Students who apply to transfer to the above majors in the School of Computer and Information should check the designated time and wait at the interview location ten minutes in advance.

IV. Xuancheng Campus

The major transfer work of the Department of Computer and Information at Xuancheng Campus is carried out according to the work plan published by the department.
